Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) provides bioavailable sulfur for collagen cross-linking and exhibits NF-κB-mediated anti-inflammatory activity. Type II collagen peptides — particularly the undenatured (UC-II®) form — activate oral immune tolerance, reducing the autoimmune cartilage destruction component of inflammatory joint disease.
